The Essence Therapy program is a holistic approach in balancing the physical, mental and emotional well- being of an individual. Essence Therapy uses analysis of the body’ structure and posture to determine areas of imbalance. The program applies techniques of yoga therapy, breathing, meditation, nutrition, and utilizing the mind-body connection to coach individuals in bringing harmony to these areas of life.

Essence Therapy Program
1st Session: A health and lifestyle questionnaire will be completed in order to clarify your specific needs and goals. The journey towards a more vibrant and healthy life begins here.
2nd Session: Body analysis – you will become aware of posture and any imbalances in the physical frame. The mind-body connection will be discussed, particularly how it relates to your ‘body style’.
3rd Session: A personalized program will be introduced that guides you in reaching your goals and correcting imbalances. Diet recommendations will be made in order to enhance the success of the program.
4th Session: After integrating the Essence Therapy program into your daily routine, any adjustments are made making sure your Essence Therapy is successful.
